Return & Refund Policy

Since we deal in perishable products, our return policy is customer-friendly but limited to quality concerns.

Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Damaged/spoiled products received.
  • Missing items from the order.

Conditions

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
  • Returns are not accepted for taste/appearance differences unless spoiled.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
